We’re heading back to the Gaylord Texan Resort and Conference Center on Lake Grapevine for NAM 2025. We’ve outgrown the space we used in 2024, so we’ll be utilizing the Conference Center in 2025. Treat yourself to comfortable shoes this holiday season because you’ll be getting in lots of steps!

We will book your hotel room once you register, and room confirmation will be emailed to you closer to the event.

Travel Info

You will need to book your flight before you complete the registration process.

  • Attendees will be responsible for their own transportation from the airport to the Gaylord.
  • We strongly recommend that you fly into DFW– it’s much closer to the Gaylord and easier for transportation.
  • Plan on arriving in Dallas on Sunday, Jan. 26, in time for:
    • Registration: 4 to 7 p.m.
    • Welcome Dinner: 6 to 8 p.m.
